As mentioned on their product sheets, there are no refunds and exchanges for clothing is not possible.

Why does my candle look different after lighting it?

This sometimes strange afterburn wax look is completely normal and does not affect the performance and smell of your candle. It's a classic result of using natural soy wax with no preservatives or toxins! :)

What materials do you use for candles?

Our candles are made from high quality soy and coconut wax and contain phthalate and paraben free fragrances. They are handmade in Quebec by an exceptional (but anything but modest) woman. Wicks are lead free.

Where are your products made?

Good question! Depending on the product, these come from different places around the world, but Ok Bye.ca is proud to support local as much as possible.

- The candles : they are handmade in Quebec, Canada.

- The clothes : they come from the USA and Canada. However, the printing and embroidery is done in Quebec. Crewneck labels are also made in Quebec.

- Cups and tote bags : the printing is done in Canada.

- The key rings : come from China

* Stickers , candle tags and thank you cards are also made in Quebec.

What are you doing for the environment?

In addition to the use of cruelty-free and toxin-free products as well as natural wax, most products are designed as locally as possible to reduce GHGs linked to imports. Also, almost all shipping materials are either recyclable, recycled or compostable. For example, shipping peanuts are in a compostable material, which dissolves even under water (if they are not, it is because they are recycled peanuts )!
