How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery is $9.99 and becomes FREE from $99 of purchases and more before taxes!
What happens if my package is returned to you?
In the event that the carrier is unable to complete a delivery (wrong address, package not collected, address not found, etc.), the package will be returned to us after a period of 5 days. Upon its return to the workshop, we will contact you to re-ship the package (the applicable delivery costs will be charged to you) or we will offer you a refund less the return costs ($9.99).
Why does my candle look different after I light it?
This sometimes strange look of the post-burn wax is completely normal in the case of soy candles! It does not affect the performance or scent of your candle. It is a classic result of using natural soy wax without preservatives or toxins!

L’odeur est tout simplement incroyable. Même ma mère, qui n’aime pas habituellement les produits à la lavande, a adoré celle-ci. Le parfum est parfaitement équilibré avec l’eucalyptus. Le packaging des bougies ainsi que l’emballage sont de qualité et très bien pensés. Ce sont les petits détails comme ceux-là qui font toute la différence.

Les bougies étaient parfaites même si j'ai commandés les imparfaites l'odeur matcha est très douce et estival c'est ma favorite, mais les deux sentent très bon même sans les allumer et lorsqu'elles brûlent l'odeur restent longtemps
