I am extremely proud to present to you today the long-awaited FIRST hoodie from Ok Bye, which has a mental health theme. Every detail of this piece was designed with the idea and desire to create a "safe space" item for the people wearing it. The phrase "everything is going to be okay" emblematic of this collection, is intended as a mantra to calm down in moments of panic, a phrase that I learned in therapy (and that I even have tattooed on my left arm!). You will find, on the left sleeve, the phrases that I liked and/or that I would have liked to have been told during more difficult moments, when anxiety sometimes seemed to have control over my life. On the right sleeve, you will find the 5 senses method, a suggested technique that can be used to recenter and ground yourself during more difficult moments such as panic attacks (when it happened to me, I could never remember this damn method so I decided to print it on my shirt so that I could always have it in front of me if needed!)

Daily Reminders (left sleeve)

- You deserve to be loved, even when you feel like shit.

- It's okay to be afraid, accept it, but go for it anyway. Don't let your doubts stop you from reaching your full potential (because yes, you will reach it).

- Rejection is redirection so if you don't get the result you wanted, trust that something better is waiting for you.

- You are and always will be good enough.

- Mistakes are inevitable (even if you think of 1001 scenarios). BUT they will never make you a bad person (and nothing is unforgivable).

- It's very correct to prioritize you.

- You don't have to find a solution to all your problems today. So take a break from overthinking, breathe and remember that everything always ends up being right.
